Shipping and Return Policies


As a small home-based business (operating with a lot of love), we are always committed to processing each order as quickly as possible. To help speed up this process, please ensure all your shipping information is correct and entered in English or the accuracy of the destination may become lost in translation. 

Once your order leaves us, it is entirely in the care of the postal/courier service. 

Orders are generally fulfilled within 2-4 business days from California, USA. 

Customs fees/import taxes are not included in our pricing and are solely the responsibility of the buyer but we always try to choose shipping methods that are inclusive of import taxes if and when possible. 

We generally do not accept any returns on any of our items. The only exception would be if a package has not been opened, is in original condition and you cover the cost of shipping to return the item. In this case, once received we will refund the cost of the item only.  However, if you notice any issues with your item at the time of receipt, please send us an email as soon as possible to discuss. 

Love is Always the Way does not take any responsibility for any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We do offer third party protection at checkout through ShipTection which does cover all mentioned potential issues and is highly recommended. If no extra insurance is added, then a direct claim between purchaser and the shipping carrier will be required in these instances which can take up to 21 days to resolve.
